So what is Social Media anyway?

When we create a website we want people to visit it and buy our products or service. One of the ways we can achieve this is by taking advantage of Social Media.

The idea behind Social Media is quite simple, all we want to do is to create a BUZZ about our business, the service we provide or the products we sell.

Friends tell friends who in turn tell friends and so on until you have created a BUZZ.

How do we create the BUZZ effect?

Creating a BUZZ about a product or service is not as easy as you would think, the problem is starting the BUZZ in the first place. You can't just go to a single forum and say, "Hey I purchased a products from a website and its cool." This would be great if it was that easy and you would have no need for people like me.

On this website I will show you some of the methods that I use to create a BUZZ about a product or service.

We will be taking a look at many different sites, such as Delicious, Kaboodle, Twitter, MySpace and Facebook to name but a few.
